Renacer
A 30-year-old building, abandoned for over eight years, was transformed from a vacant hotel into a multi-family residence in just 10 months. Despite the many challenges, the project was a complete success mainly thanks to our blended process: design and build working side by side, so decisions were made fast and nothing was lost between the drawings and the job site.
