A 30-year-old building, abandoned for over eight years, was transformed from a vacant hotel into a multi-family residence in just 10 months. Despite the many challenges, the project achieved key successes, including a seamless chromatic match between the pool’s interior finish and the natural tones of the ocean, as well as a complete structural remodel of the pool executed with technical precision and zero leaks.
